Study and Feasibility Analysis: Amecha has a lot of knowledge and experience in developing and implementing of customer-specific production equipment. Therefore Amecha is able to do a thorough technical feasibility study and give advice in the field of manufacturing and machine concepts.

Mechanical Engineering: Our mechanical engineers use Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, NX and Creo

Hardware Engineering: Electrical drawings will be made using ePLAN or WSCAD

Software Engineering: Amecha software engineers use Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC, CoDeSys, C #, LabVIEW and Adept V +

Technical Documentation and CE: Risk assessments and manuals will be made using DoCuFy and MS Office

Purchasing and Logistics: These are important activities for Amecha. We are primarily a system integrator: integrating standard systems and techniques to create unique solutions. Because of our global sourcing we know potential suppliers and their possibilities worldwide. For each project we select the most effective and cost efficient solutions.

Machine Parts: manufacturing of machine parts is conducted by suppliers within the Amecha network in the Netherlands, but also beyond. By working this way, Amecha can provide very competitive machine parts with maximum flexibility and capacity. We make the best use of the expertise available at the national and international market. We have suppliers in the Netherlands, Malaysia, Poland and the Czech Republic. Our engineers can also redesign parts.

Installation and Testing: assembly and testing of machines and tools takes place in our own workshop. All necessary facilities such as measuring instruments and tools are available to our mechatronics specialists. Mechanical, electrical and software technology are being integrated into a high-tech solution.
