Our markets

Automotive

From large production lines to tabletop testing machines – our special solutions for the automotive industry are highly diverse. And because traceability is important in this industry, we connect seamlessly to any MES system. In addition, our solutions perform excellently in terms of speed (matched to the requested parts per minute).

Semicon

We are highly experienced in building support machines in preparation for wire bonding (where accuracy is of great importance). In addition, we have previously built various process machines to increase wafer yield. We also distinguish ourselves with our cleanroom solutions: efficient machines with remarkably compact dimensions. We encapsulate movements as much as possible to reduce the number of particles emitted. To make our machines work faster and more accurately, we use FEM simulations.

Electronics & Telecom

Customization is often needed in the electronics and telecom industries. We build equipment and machines for testing printed circuit boards (and for installing them in housings). For example, we have previously built machines for potting, testing, and assembling PCBs. The quality of our machines is always guaranteed by means of electrical testing and optical inspection.

Lighting

We develop and build machines for the lighting industry. Think, for example, of complete production lines for the assembly and (electrical) testing of LED lighting or car lamps. We also produce machines with heat bonding or wire bonding functionalities, where accuracy plays an essential role. Within the lighting industry, our machines are known for their production speed, high parts-per-minute rate and peak accuracy.

Plastics

We build solutions for the plastics industry, including pick-and-place solutions for injection molding machines, assembly machines and machine tools. In the past, we have also built large production plants for cartridge assembly, complete with robotic stations, vision and anyfeeders, among others. We also use our precision mechanical solutions to realize stations for ultrasonic welding, laser engraving and force measurements.

Glass & optical fiber

In the optical fiber industry we build and test assemblies and ensure that our modules are ready for use. We also realize solutions for transporting optical fiber components or melting glass (for pulling cables). We are always looking for opportunities for improvement. As a customer, you can count on faster deliveries, lower operating costs and higher production output. An additional benefit is the favorable effect on your footprint (less waste).

Medical

Among other things, we create production tools for the medical industry. We do this for a broad target group, so our medical portfolio consists of a variety of tools and parts for different purposes. Naturally, we know and respect the importance of clean and precise production, for example in material handling.

Food

We produce packaging and wrapping machines for the food industry: an industry that has many standard machines, but sometimes requires customized solutions. We specialize in customized solutions and in integrating or assembling machines. Accuracy and moisture resistance play a major role in this field. Proof of our expertise in this area is the robot technology we have developed for processing delicate cookies.
