Tension spring with spring plates

Tension springs are generally made with bended eyes for fixation. But there are some disadvantages. If the spring breaks, it is often around the eye. Tension springs can be calculated of course, but the length often needs to be modified during testing.

That is why we use tension springs whit spring plates. There is a slight disadvantage concerning length and assembly time. But, certainly in engineering special equipment, there are many advantages: the springs with spring plates will not break, spring strength (length) can be easily adjusted during installation and one needs limited parts on stock.
